Shady business! We went to this establishment with a group of people. We did enjoy our food, HOWEVER we had split the bill up three ways. Unfortunately, the server charged my card twice instead of the other party. When this was realized, we contacted Montana steakhouse to resolve the issue. They basically said it was out fault for not noticing at the time our card was used twice. Let me ask you, when you go to an event do you check everyone's receipts to ensure you were not double charged? The clear answer is NO. We were told to take it up with the bank or have the other people in the party reimburse us. Sadly we are not familar with the other people in our party as we had just met and no longer in contact with. We were told to contact our bank to have this resolved. The bank will not do anything because it is out of the approved window. We have the original receipts signed and clearly show different handwriting and signatures. Montana Steakhouse will not do their due diligence in making this situation right. THEY made the mistake and we are LITERALLY paying for it. BEWARE when eating here, they like to overcharge and make mistakes on bills and do not care to make the situation right!

Sorry did not go when I was in town last week Dec.5 2020we went to Blond zees was disappointed chicken Great Ribs bad no salad bar (went to Montana's Dec 2018 was great food and we had some great wine hope to try again after Christmas this Year
