Everything was absolutely amazing, the dough which uses a blend of a bunch of different flours was the perfect texture. Sadly, they have left Portland and are now in San Francisco. I was so impressed with my first time here, that I will make a special trip just to try out their SF location.

Cute, hole-in-the-wall spot alert! Walked by this area a whole bunch but never noticed them. Cozy place with a few tables, bar seatings, and an open kitchen. Staffs were friendly and professional. Now let's get down to business. Their menu is concise but plentiful. During dinner their mains focus on the Pinsa. A kind of pizza with a unique blend of soy, rice, and wheat flour. Never had one before so we're v excited. They also do Antipsta, Salads, and Gnocchi. We went with 2 Pinsa (Torraccia and Portonaccio), the Delicata Salad, and Gnocchi Al Pesto. The salad had everything I liked: squash, feta cheese, and toasted pistachios. All the ingredients went amazingly together with the perfect amount of vinaigrette. The Gnocchi was very fluffy and fresh. The pesto sauce might be the best that I've had. Very natural and flavorful. For the Pinsas, both were unique and delicious. The Torraccia was a white pie with pesto and lonza. I really liked the lonza which was like proscuitto to me but less salty. Plenty of pecorino for the added umami-ness. The Portonaccio was a red pie with pieces of fried eggplants. Of course, they're the star. Super creamy on top of mozzarella. While different, the 2 pies used the same dough which was as unique and different aswe thought it'd be. We thought it tasted sort of "pop corny" in a good way. Very light. Cooked just right making the outside crusty yet chewy and tender on the inside. Had a great time here and definitely will be back and bring others here.

Not your traditional Pizza, this is Pinsa made with rice, soy and wheat flour which is part of it's uniqueness and sets itself apart from any Pizza that you'll find in the Portland area. Cocktails and food are fabulous and the staff is fantastic, good place to grab a drink and dinner before a Blazer game.
