After an unpleasant visit to Cookstown Morellis today, with full confidence i can say i will never be back. Firstly, the lack of training staff have received is nothing short of appalling. One particularly member of staff blatantly ignored me whilst she chatted and laughed with a group of teenagers who appeared to be her friends. This rowdy group of troublesome teens occupied every last table in the shop! It is my personal opinion that the privilege of a table and chair is an entitlement of costumers, not this young girls friend. Quite frankly, the lack of professionalism is abhorrent and really sets a low standard. The only people to blame for this is the management team for allowing this to happen and the staff how think upholding morrellis reputation is something that can be achieved through minimum effort. Furthermore, the pricing is utterly ridiculous! Is this an acceptable way to treat loyal costumers? I sincerely hope a major change comes about in the near future and i await your response.
