Yesterday at 3:05 p.m. (changes for orders only possible until 3:00 p.m.) I received an email saying that due to the holiday, orders would be changed and sent with alternative products. Then called to say that I didn't want that. Cancellation confirmed by phone and now the goods have arrived. My account is blocked even though the cancellation is only valid on February 1, 2024. Now I can't even understand whether I will be charged for the goods that I didn't order. I've never experienced anything like this before, really bad customer service!

Unfortunately, we have to agree with Mrs. Maier's assessment. We have been consistently paying and very satisfied customers since 2019. There have been no reasons for complaint in all these years! Unfortunately, due to current savings reasons, we had to cancel our subscription. And did so, just like Ms. Maier on February 1st (!). , with the note that I definitely want to take it up again in the future... Well, what can you say... the order that was supposed to have been delivered the following day promptly failed to arrive (without comment!). We received no response to our subsequent complaint. We also discovered that our customer account had also simply been blocked. We can only hope that the calculation is correct. In addition, it is now necessary to think about possible legal steps, as the blocking means we are no longer able to check the billing. A pity.
