Tuvimos que esperar un poco para entrar porque está cerca de la universidad y había algunos estudiantes. El señor que nos atendió fue muy muy amable, haciendo todo lo posible por comunicarse en inglés con nosotros. La comida estaba rica y con precios asequibles. Lo recomiendo!!!!! The tonkatsu was fantastic. 5 stars for it. The negitoro was good. The menchi was pretty good. Fish is just standard. Big fried chicken is meh.

I had Morikawa's special mince cutlet set meal (small bowl). I visited at exactly 11 o'clock on a holiday, but I was the first one. There is a menu behind the cash register, and once you have decided what you want to order, you pay first. In addition to cash, you can also use cashless such as PayPay. If you order less rice, they will give you a 50 yen discount. About 10 minutes after ordering and taking a seat, the menchikatsu set meal was brought. Looking at the colorful items, the tension rises even before eating. First of all, when I put my chopsticks in to see the cross section of the menchikatsu, I was surprised to see the meat juices overflowing from the cracks in the torn batter. It's as if a spring springs up from the parched earth. If you cut carefully so as not to miss the meat juices, you will see minced meat with plenty of meat. The appearance of the deliciousness was confirmed even before eating, and the tension exceeded the limit. At first, take a bite without adding anything. Coarse bread crumbs have an outstanding crispness. When you bite into it, the umami-packed juices will flood your mouth. The meaty minced meat has no odor at all and is satisfying to eat. It was so delicious that I thought I didn't need any sauce, and it was so delicious that I wondered what kind of mince cutlet I've ever eaten. The side dishes and miso soup didn't feel like they were cutting corners at all, and it was an exquisite set meal. The only disappointment was the softness of the rice. It was a delicious rice with plenty of sweetness, but it was too soft and a little watery for me. It is a shop that has been working with Tokyo University students, but the prices are not at the university student level ... However, it is surprising that such a delicious set meal does not cost 1000 yen. It was a taste that makes me want to go every day if it is in the neighborhood. I will try different dishes next time.
