Fui a este restaurante por recomendación de conocido, el servicio me pareció promedio, el precio alto para la relación calidad alimentos y su valor. El sushi que pedí no me sorprendió, su sabor normal, esperaba algo mucho mejor.

Went for Lunch at Morimoto in Napa is definitely an experience, especially if you are a fan of the "Iron Chef" legacy. The restaurant itself is stunning, located in a beautiful spot in downtown Napa with a vibrant, upscale energy. The food was good overall, and you can tell that the ingredients are high quality. However, when it comes to the sushi specifically, it was not the best sushi I have encountered. It was well-prepared and fresh, but it lacked that "wow" factor or unique depth of flavor that you might expect from a restaurant with this much prestige and a high price tag. Premium Pricing and Small Portions One of the main takeaways from my visit was the disconnect between the price and the portion sizes. While you expect to pay a premium in Napa, the prices were definitely a little high for what was delivered. More importantly, the portion sizes were quite small. It felt like we were paying more for the brand and the location than for the actual amount of food on the plate. If you are coming here with a big appetite, be prepared to order several dishes to feel satisfied, which can quickly lead to a very expensive tab. However, the combination of small portions and high prices makes it a bit hard to recommend as a frequent stop. It’s a great place for a one-time visit or a special occasion where you care more about the vibe and the name than getting the best value for your money.
