Algo típicamente estadounidense es hacer el brunch en familia y fin de semana. Este es un local a medio camino de lo que puede ser un todo más completo. Y es ahí donde para hacer un desayuno-comida llegan las dificultades. Muy solicitados, los waffles para quienes les gusten. Al final unos huevos benedictinos con salmón ahumado pueden ser la solución. Recomendable reservar, imprescindible según horas. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30

Chef Candra reviews Mosaic Cuisine and Cafe. 186 Halpine Rd, Rockville, MD 20852 Call them at (301) 468-0682 Chef Thierry J Mosaic opened the cafe in 2001. It is family owned and a great example of food from around the world. Today is August 24, 2023 and it's National Waffle day. The cafe is offering 50% off waffles today to celebrate the holiday. I had their famous Waffle French Toast with scrambled eggs. The menu doesn't say it has cheese but it definitely does. The waffle French toast was sweet and I loved the spices that came through every bite. The eggs were whipped and fluffy. Some of the best eggs I've ever had. " You must use a cake spatula when making scrambled eggs ". I also ordered a side of Turkey bacon and it was county style. The bacon was savory and delicious. My final items were black coffee and fresh fruit. The fruit had strawberries, honeydew melons and cantaloupe. The fruit was fresh and flavorful. The coffee was strong enough but not too strong. It was just right in my opinion. In the late 14th century, the first known recipe for a waffle was penned in an anonymous manuscript. Le Menagier de Paris wrote instructions for his wife. The origin of Waffles comes from France and Belgium. A waffle is a dish made from leavened batter or dough. It is then cooked between two grill plates to compose its shape and composition. The word "Waffle" first appears in the English language in 1725. Their are many variews of waffles. Brussels waffle, Plain waffle, Rolled waffle, Waffle cookies are made in Belgium and imported to the United States, Galettes campinoises and Waffles with ice cream too. I think everyone who sees this review should make their way to the Mosiac Cafe Today! You won't be disappointed and please tell them I referred you. They get a 4.3 out of 5. I look forward to dining again and trying the Peking Duck Waffle.
