Appalling service. Ordered two drinks, one small plate/starter and two mains. One main course arrived, nothing for at least twenty minutes, reminded a member of staff we hadn’t had our drinks, then the starter arrived, eventually the drinks then another main course. One of the main courses was wrong and they had the audacity to try and charge for what we ordered and not the incorrect food they supplied. Waitress blamed the other waiter, the waiter blamed it on an child burning itself on Ramen soup. Absolute crap. We visit Mount Fuji every year and this is the last time.
