vile! Wouldn’t recommend! the staff will tell you that pink chicken is normal when it’s not at all. last time the food was great but this time was awful, we went back and all of them said it’s normaldisgusting would suggest you sort this out and no need to be rude to your customers and make a scene either! 1-Star Google Review for Mr Cod, Caversham Road Terrible Customer Service – Avoid This Branch! Absolutely awful experience at Mr Cod, Caversham Road. Ordered food and discovered an item was missing. When I called to resolve the issue, the staff member was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. I then went to the store in person, hoping for better service, but was met with the same unprofessional attitude. I will never order from this location again. The Shinfield Road branch, on the other hand, is always friendly and happy to assist with any issues. If you want good service, avoid Caversham Road and stick to Shinfield Road instead! Would not recommend. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
