Discriminated by new foreigner employee not competent in language and service abilities. She served me affogato in a paper cup overflowing with the hot espresso, melting almost all the ice cream. Transfered it to fine platter and I made a mess, she not transfer dessert for me as service and professionalism. I asked for fine dining bowl and she said shop stopped serving in fine china/dining/dinner ware and she served me a fine dining bowl from her personal use. I felt like vomit ting. She not apologized and she not replace with new affogato. Facial expression and attitude was cold, passive, indifferent, she glad to see me upset. She is and service terrible and this shop will close down permanently and should will be fired. She is not qualified to work in public. Her apparel she chooses for work is inappropriate for public service but for home, fitness centre, beach, or a female change room/female washroom. Unprofessional and disrespectful.

Our first visit today and we can’t wait to come back. The staff is so friendly, and the gelato selection is outstanding. We were also amazed at the portion sizes and beautiful decor.
