On Sunday 27 March, I took my daughter here for brunch as a special outing/reward at her request & we were both very disappointed.
It was very busy, we were sat down outside on the deck area under the tree. We ordered drinks & noticed some birds above us in the tree occasionally throwing bits of leaves etc down onto us, this was bearable so we didn’t move, also it was busy with other patrons waiting for seats so no where available to sit anyway. We waited an hour for food, watching as other people that had ordered well after us had already been brought their food. By the time our food finally arrived, it was cold plus the birds were throwing so much tree rubbish down over us that our food kept getting stuff thrown in it that we had to try find & pull out, this eventually became unbearable, we both felt sick & annoyed that the birds were dropping things in our food as we tried to eat. Even our drinks had things floating in them so ended up undrinkable. We ate what we could quickly then left, I paid $62 for what was the worst brunch experience I’ve ever had & feel like I would’ve been better off taking my daughter to McDonald’s instead but as a treat she chose your restaurant. Contacted them prior to review however they didn’t even care enough to rely.
