El pato de este restaurante no es muy del agrado de sus usuarios. El servicio de entrega a domicilio es una de las grandes ventajas de NGoc-Thao. De acuerdo con las opiniones de los críticos, su personal puede llegar a ser poco profesional. Tal y como un gran número de clientes aseguran, sus comensales es posible que se sientan sorprendidos por el pobre servicio que tienen aquí. Este lugar ha recibido valoraciones negativas por su pretenciosa atmósfera. Los usuarios de Google no le han concedido a este lugar una calificación muy alta.

Unfortunately, apparently a change of ownership, no Thai/Vietnamese/Chinese faces to be seen among the employees, which in principle doesn't have to mean anything. But unfortunately the food doesn't taste good anymore. And the portions aren't that big anymore either (which wasn't so bad in my case, since I didn't want to eat any more of it the next day anyway). One piece of meat (chicken breast) was totally tough even though it was baked in fat. The red curry sauce was just spicy, the fine curry flavor could not be tasted. The noodles (fried noodles instead of rice cost €3.50 extra per dish) were more or less tasteless and the portion size is less than half what it was a few months ago. It was actually - I didn't want to believe the previous reviews - our last time there. The cashier was super nice, but that's no use if it just doesn't taste good. I'd rather go to a "real" Chinese/Vietnam/Thai restaurant in the future. In terms of price, it shouldn't be much more expensive, because Ngoc-Thao's prices are salty.
