Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. Waiting over 2 hours for a delivery is completely unacceptable, especially when there was little to no communication about the delay. After all that waiting, the food arrived cold, soggy, and completely lacking in quality. The crispy items were ruined, everything tasted as though it had been sitting in the packaging for far too long, and it certainly wasn’t worth the money. There is simply no excuse for serving food in this condition after making customers wait that long. This was one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had, and I won’t be ordering from Mr Rice again. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting decent food or reliable service.
