I don't understand where the good reviews are coming from. Terrible pizza considering how easy it is to find good pizza in this city. The cheese was hard and chewy even while the pizza was still hot. The sauce was bland and there wasn't enough. The crust was under baked. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Awesome pizza. Family owned. I consider this one of Rochester hotspots that until recently I believe the masses weren't aware of. It's not a chain. And both and raised here/lived in NyC for 3 years. Trust and believe you are getting great tasting pizza. Love the sauce. Single slices are with the money. Not New York Pizza but it's HOT ON THE ROCHESTER CIRCUIT FOR SURE. I would bring my NYC crew here to experience a taste of ROC style pizza Hands down. Mr. Shoes is one of the 2 non chain pizza places that I will frequent and give money to. Yeah papajohns and Dominoes have clout BUT YOU CAN'T BEAT LOCAL. "That's my story and sticking to it." Another great pizza! Its great to know when going through Rochester I can stop in to Mr Shoes and get an excellent Pizza. My family and I love the Pizza and the selection of foods they offer. MY wife said the salad bowl was awesomeWhen driving on vacation in upstate New York State we stopped in Rochester NY at Mr Shoes Pizza for dinner. They have the best Pizza I ever had, My wife had excellent pasta and freshest salad. We will be stopping there for a dinner break when ever we are in the Rochester area. The people were very friendly and pleasant.
