Came in Around 830 tonight and watched an employee take trash out to the garbage can. I asked him to politely wash his hands since I watched him come back in and try to serve me without washing his hands. He continued to try to argue with me insinuating that he work gloves while he took the trash out. I’ve worked in food before and it’s just common courtesy and common practice to wash your hands after doing trash. there was a squashed bug on the counter with its guts all around the place. i asked him to not burn my neba and it was still burnt on the edges, this is not my first time having a problem with this worker as i have sat in the drive thru for 15+ without talking to a single worker overall just a sad experience store has definitely gone down hill over the years and seems employees need to be retrained on basic hygiene and customer service. A customer should not have to tell an employee to wash their hands when you’ve been outside your working station. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Watched a women worker with a Covid mask on, scrubbing the inside of a garbage can and when I pulled up to the window the other worker ran away and she didn’t even wash her hands after scrubbing a nasty meat garbage can trying to make my food right after. Also this isn’t the first time I saw this wonder how many people they gave food poisoning to or other illnesses.
