Here at 11:37 am and no cookies to sell whatsoever! We approached and no one to greeted us and when we asked the worker said no cookies available to sell when the store is open already!

I received a cookie cake for Valentine’s Day and it was completely inedible. Couldn’t cut it with a knife, when I was eventually able to get a piece off I put it in the microwave thinking it would soften up.it didn’t. The cookie also smells burnt. Understand it’s a busy day but quality should still remain intact; a rock solid cookie is disappointing. It didn’t live up to their mission of being “soft baked”.

I had been eating different types of cookies from Mrs. Fields for years. As soon as the store in the American Dream I wanted to try and quite frankly I was not disappointed at all. The taste and freshness was a lot better than eating it from the box/tin. I would highly recommend this place if you are around the area.
