I’ve come here a few times to get a lil sweet treat, and it always takes a bajillion years for an employee to come and take my order. For the most part, I didn’t really care because there’s a sign saying that they are sometimes short staffed and they run 2 food places at once. But this last time I was there, there was a lady just standing in the open on her phone for like 5+ minutes before she noticed me. And when she noticed me, she slowly walked over, still on her phone and she didn’t look at me once when she took my order. She even stopped in front of me to finish what she was doing on her phone before she helped me. It’s hard to believe the little “please be patient” sign that’s tapped there because I think they’re mostly just screwing around on their phones.. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered a cookie for a Birthday and never received it. Called 3 SEPERATE times and was told they would ship it out on 3 DIFFERENT occasions. Still never came. Will never be ordering anything again and will never do business with Mrs. Fields again. Worst customer service, and worse experience with ANY company Meal type: Other Price per person: $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Birthday Cake
