Absolutely delicious sausage rolls, I struggle to find pork and the ones they sell here are 10/10. Really friendly girl behind the counter too. Will return when back in Sydney. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–20

I ordered the Jason cake from Mrs Jones the Baker, made at the Freshwater head office and collected from the St Ives store on 17 August 2025. The cake cost $155 and, while it was very pretty and well presented, it turned out to be the worst cake my family has ever had. I placed the order on Thursday for Sunday collection, yet it tasted extremely unfresh. The cream had a margarine-like texture, and the overall flavour was unpleasant — as if it was made to sit in a display window rather than to be eaten. We ended up throwing away about 80% of the cake. This was deeply disappointing, especially since it was bought for my wife’s birthday. Warning to other customers: Do not be fooled by the presentation. For the price charged, the quality was unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this product
