Desayunamos dos muffins (uno de chocolate y otro de frambuesa) y dos capuchinos. Un poco caro. Los muffins son grandes pero estaban secos y no tenían un gran sabor. No repetimos, hay muchos sitios en el centro comercial St David mejores para desayunar.

This is always our go to place for a coffe/drink and maybe a sweet treat before heading home. However as good as the coffee is, and it is really good, we won't be giving them our business again. Last night we went, I had a coffee (lovely, as always), son had a Biscoff milkshake (again lovely) and we had a fudgy brownie and a slice of mudcake. Paid and sat at table to eat. My son took a bite of brownie and discovered nuts in it. While not allergic, he doesn't like nuts and wouldn't have choosen it, if it was displayed as containing nuts. When he went back to the counter, he was told that, they do not have to say it contains nuts. After a short discussion, they refunded him for the brownie. While for us it was just rudeness from the guys working there, when asked about lack of displayed information, what is worrying is that it could of been someone who was allergic! Education needed regarding allergies etc Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your recent visit did not meet your expectations. We take allergen information very seriously. All of our product labels clearly state that customers should scan the QR code provided for full allergen information. We moved to this system because displaying every possible allergen on individual labels became cluttered and difficult to read, particularly as many products contain multiple allergens or may have cross-contamination warnings. The brownie purchased did contain nuts, and this information was available through the allergen information accessed via the QR code. We understand your son's disappointment on discovering this after purchase and therefore the staff provided a refund for the item. We appreciate your comments regarding the interaction at the counter and will remind our team of the importance of communicating allergen information and customer concerns in a polite and helpful manner. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

1 guy was really rude and don't know how to serve firstly i asked him what is the tax for i am taking out not eating in he said i don't know then he gave me 3 things in my hand didn't ask for a bag, when i asked him to give me a bag he was be like its 10p like wth he amuse by himself and i would say no for 10 then i said yeah give me the other guy told him just give her the bag coz its his fault but he charge me 10p lol.
