Sat at a table with dirty plates etc, they were removed by staff but the table wasn't cleaned. There was jam and crumbs that I attempted to clean with a serviette unsuccessfully. Also when our coffee was delivered the teaspoon had a strip of paper stuck to it. I understand it gets busy but if I was from the health department there would be trouble.

the service here is great but i’ve ordered a matcha here twice and the chick had no idea how to make the drink and there was chunks of matcha, i assumed maybe she was just new. but then i ordered a second time with a different girl and she made it worst. the milk looked brown with chunks of matcha powder and strawberry jam. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–20 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
