The oysters were incredible! But the most important part was the customer experience. It was so memorable and definitely made our day! The oysters and sea urchin were extremely fresh, shucked and cleaned right in front of you. Definitely recommend coming here especially if you are trying oysters for the first time! Hands down the freshest oysters I’ve ever had in Melbourne! Being able to pick your oysters from the live tanks and watch them being shucked right in front of you is a game changer. We tried the Shuckmaster’s Tasting Set and the variety was incredible. All 6 were amazing but the Rockerfella was the best! The staff really know their stuff and help you understand the flavor profiles of each region. A must-visit for any seafood lover! Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
