you made the worst experience for a special 18th birthday for my daughter i ordered the cake wednesday 12:30 am for collection on friday 7 pm from takhasusi branch i called the call center on Thursday and confirmed the order and asked for delivery they said they don’t deliver stand up cake we went to pick up at 8:40 the birthday was at 9 it was not there there was no cake they said they are sorry and will deliver it we delayed the birthday till 11:30 we open the cake and took it out from the box to take pictures and put on stand and the cake fell down on the floor and ended up with no cake that’s unbelievable Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
