So this is not directed at the Munch Inn, but I thought id come down and check out the car seen as its got a good reputation, well didnt I get that wrong, it was dead, I mean really dead. Very disappointed.

Rudest customer service ever seen in Australia. Highly initimidating behaviour shown by the lady at the counter. Went for a coffee and made the whole day bad. Went there as it is the closest cafe to my home, but I badly regret that decision. This cafe spoils the brand name of Merlo. Never going to Munch Inn Cafe even if they offer me free coffee. Wish to rate lower than 1start, but google doesn't allow me to.
