A gem for your typical rolled ice cream and various drinks. However, the real treasure is the Taiwanese cuisine. If you have a chance, try the pork spareribs, the popcorn chicken as appetizers. For the main entree, the beef noodles is a must. If you're there on the weekends and you're looking for a homey dish, although a little gamey, the lamb rice is almost made to perfection. It's not on the menu so you have to ask! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I was interested in this place as it has a few taiwanese dishes rarely seen in Chicagoland. I would recommend the popcorn chicken and gua bao. The beef noodle soup was dissapoitng to me, both the broth and the meat. Milkfish congee is okay but lacking flavor I had in Tainan. Cute decor. We recently tried Munchies Plus and it definitely lived up to the hype! We ordered their famous popcorn chicken and the katsu curry, and both were absolutely delicious. The popcorn chicken was crispy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned—every bite was addicting. The katsu curry was just as amazing, with a perfectly crispy cutlet and rich, comforting curry sauce that paired so well with the rice. What made the experience even better was the excellent customer service from the owner. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made sure we had a great experience.
