I ordered food from this restaurant in Riyadh through Keeta, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite the restaurant having a 4.1 rating with 239 reviews on Google Reviews, I honestly doubt whether those reviews are genuine because my experience was completely different. I ordered 1 meals, chapati, idiyappam, fish gravy, and beef gravy. However, what I received was far from what was promised. In the name of a “meal,” they only provided plain cooked rice. There was no curry, no vegetable kootu, nothing at all. Also, the food taste was very poor and not acceptable. On top of that, the idiyappam and beef curry were completely missing from the order. The taste of the food that did arrive was very poor and quite awkward. This feels like misleading customers, especially those ordering online. Very disappointing service. It seems like they are taking advantage of online orders. Please be aware before ordering. I would have given zero stars, but since there is no option below 1 star, I had to give 1 star.
