Crema was really good. Which helped because the salted caramel was very strong. Ended up having to mix the two ti make the salted caramel bearable. I didn't sample the caramel because it's been sweet at other places. Probably the first gelato in Italy (been here a month and eat gelato almost daily) that was disappointing.

Delicious gelato. Clearly made from scratch and with love. This was one of our favorite stops in Florence. I highly recommend.

This is My Sugar... You're going to absolutely love it. Hidden amongst the shops in Florence, it's a tiny little place that serves a really big flavor. The shopkeeper was super nice, and chatted with us for a few moments before we looked up and realize that people came from out of nowhere, and we're starting to form a line outside and down the street. Not a site that's unusual for Perfect Artisanal gelato. This is probably the best lemon gelato that I've ever had. The flavor is perfection. It was tangy, sweet, and combined with the fresh strawberry gelato, it was almost like a perfect strawberry lemonade in a cup. The gelato is made in the house, and when she is sold out, she's sold out for the day. This location has won numerous awards, and even has a Yelp recognition! They are reasonably priced, and there's absolutely no seating inside. Definitely add this location to your gelato tour. It's a place you definitely do not want to miss!
