I was in this establishment on 02/04/24. I was left with extremely mixed impressions. Be careful with alcohol. It's of dubious quality there. Olmeca tequila was undrinkable. Afterwards I decided to order whiskey and cola, but I couldn’t drink it either. There's karaoke there. It seemed like our turn had reached us, but the girl came up and said that 1 song costs 20 rubles. I haven’t seen such a system anywhere, to be honest. Keep in mind.

Good evening. The impressions left from this establishment are disgusting, the evening is ruined, if I could give it a 0, I would. I booked a table more than a month in advance (November 17) and planned to celebrate a birthday. The call was received by a nice girl administrator, we agreed on the number of people, time and DATE (the administrator asked again twice). As a result, on December 22, at the agreed time, we came to the establishment and were extremely surprised and disappointed, there was no reservation. When asked if there could have been any confusion? They gave a negative answer. I don’t recommend this establishment if you don’t want your holiday to be completely ruined!

Great establishment. My wife and I were there from December 9 to 10. Pleasant impressions began from the moment of booking a table, when the reservation was confirmed by the most polite girl: she confirmed, explained, 0 pathos and rudeness (unlike many other hookah bars of the “mint family”). We were offered a table either upstairs or downstairs. At our request, we chose sofas on the first floor. The hookah master and the waiters were again as friendly as possible. The hookah turned out exactly as we ordered. Again, there were no questions about ordering food and alcohol; everything was done quickly and efficiently. They asked for water for my wife and they brought a whole jug. Most of all, of course, we were captivated by the karaoke host. A very talented and again friendly girl, she hosted the program perfectly, encouraged the performers and gave an amazing performance herself. The voice is gorgeous. Separately, I would like to note the excellent sound in the establishment (again, it compares favorably with another “mint” establishment, moreover, a more popular one). The DJ's set until midnight was as energetic as possible. The dance floor was not empty at all. What was surprising was that after midnight the establishment was half empty. For me personally, for completely inexplicable reasons. Very nice staff, professional work from each and every person we interacted with. Even the remaining food was packed in a convenient container. Of the minuses: the Internet does not connect, there is no Wi-Fi; The hookah man came to our table only 2 times in an hour and didn’t even offer to update the hookah or anything like that - but this, unfortunately, is the policy of all establishments in the chain. So the hookah was good. In general, I recommend not to bypass this establishment. He has something to attract guests. Once again, special praise for the karaoke host :)
