The waiter in general was not very friendly, there were enough inappropriate expressions, but what unpleasantly surprised us the most was the following: when closing the account, which the waiter insistently asked to close with a TRANSFER. Let me remind you, the center of Moscow, an establishment with not the lowest prices (which do not correspond to the quality at all), and the request to close the account using payment by transfer by phone number does not look the best, but the affairs of the restaurant and the tax office do not concern us, we kindly asked to bring terminal. What really made us angry at this moment was that the waiter snatched the card when paying and inserted it into the terminal himself, with what joy? We ordered desserts at the same time as the bill, as we were in a hurry. And dessert will really be the “icing on the cake” in this review. The chocolate cake turned out to be a moldy cake. When I first tried the cake, the taste seemed strange, I noticed something white on the sponge cake, but did not pay much attention, my friends assured me that it was flour. But I decided to break the dessert in half and the whole sponge cake turned out to be moldy, just well disguised due to the chocolate cream. The waiter took the dessert, brought it, returned with a smile and said, “Yes, this is really IT.” Next, a smiling girl manager came and offered two solutions: a quote: “we’re all having fun drinking Aperol together,” a bottle of wine, or a refund for dessert (600 rubles out of a total bill of about 9 thousand rubles). In this case, the return could be made by canceling the write-off of the entire invoice amount and subsequent payment with the deduction of these 600 rubles. What else I would like to note is that the manager assured that she checked the desserts from this batch, breaking three pieces and no mold was found there. I would like to say that the process has already been started, if the desserts were stored nearby, then mold may appear the next day or two days later. Following the manager, the manager came, for which I thank her very much, since she is the only one in this entire company that inspires trust. We chose to take the red wine and leave in peace. My good health after visiting the restaurant could have prevented me from writing this review, but canceled plans for Friday evening due to the consequences of eaten mold was the last straw.
