The place is beautiful and the seating area is very comfortable. The overall atmosphere is really nice and suitable for visits with friends or family. The service was great and the staff were friendly and attentive. However, the food was quite average and didn’t meet expectations compared to how nice the place is. I hope the food quality improves in the future. Price per person: SAR 100–120 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had a wonderful experience at NAC Winter Garden. The place itself is beautiful and very classy, but what truly made my visit special was the amazing service from Ghada. She is incredibly kind, her attitude is lovely, and she is very professional in the way she deals with customers. She works hard, pays attention to every detail, and really makes you feel welcome. even celebrated my birthday there, which made the day unforgettable. She — along with the other employee working with her — added so much warmth that they made the whole place even better Thank you Ghada for the great service and for making our time at NAC Winter Garden so enjoyable!
