I am genuinely shocked by my experience at Namaste India. Just three days ago, I visited for lunch and the food was fresh, flavourful, and excellent. I even personally complimented the staff. Based on that, I confidently brought two friends back last night around 10:30pm. What we received was completely unacceptable. The food quality had dropped drastically. The lamb biryani had barely any meat—just one tiny piece—which is honestly embarrassing for a dish like that. When I raised it, the staff said they would get back to me, but they completely forgot. After I reminded them, they brought a tiny portion with another piece, which felt more insulting than helpful. None of the dishes tasted right. Everything lacked freshness and quality. The service was equally poor—unprofessional, inattentive, and clearly lacking basic customer care. We spent nearly £50, and on a special day like Tamil New Year, this was a complete letdown. I feel bad for bringing my friends here based on my earlier experience. This wasn’t just disappointing—it was a total waste of time and money. I will not be returning.
