Probably should try making a reservation as they were fully booked at lunch. Amazing pizza, might be the best yet in Japan. Dough is fluffy, crispy, light and not oily. Ordered quattro formaggi, salmone and bismarck. Bismarck was our favorite. Savory, crispy bits of guanciale (or something like that), creamy egg yolk. At lunch they had a gelato stand with delicious flavore (milk, early grey which is our favorite and mango). Vibes: calm, chill, simple. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is one of the best pizza’s I have ever had. It’s made in a stone oven and the place has a cozy-mountain vibe. Prices are reasonable for the amazing quality of the pizza. Must-eat place when in Yamanakako! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Fun, cute pizza served to you by nice pizza makers in a rural village by Yamanaka lake, in a cute pizza truck, turned into a restaurant. The pizza was surpringly tasty (a little on the smaller size). Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
