Their IG said it was $20 before 12, got there at 11:28 and the charged everyone $30. $20 dollars to park on top of that. The chicken was bland. We were scoping for booths for a future party which is why we went. We will not ever book a booth here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I actually have visited this place multiple times and now it’s getting to a point something needs to be done. I had the worst experience ever here on Saturday 03/21. For starters, the promoters post one price for certain times of the night then the door doesn’t honor that. I walked in about 9:45 and was told the price was $60 until I showed them the promoter video saying $40 until 10:30 so they honored that price, my homegirls walked in right after me at about 10:15 and they told them $60 as well and wouldn’t budge on it. This happens every time I have went where depending on who is coming in they say a different price at the door just like ladies free before 11pm on their Sundays on all their flyers however the ladies at the door will still charge you unless you explicitly tell them that you know it’s supposed to be free before 11 and at about 10:45-10:50 they will start holding the line and make all the ladies wait just to make sure they don’t make the free before 11. Moving pass that, this particular night it was OVER crowded to the point you could not budge literally. I am positive it was over capacity…..no way that type of crowd wasn’t a fire hazard but they were still packing people in regardless to it being nowhere to move or stand. It was so packed and so hot that it became hard to function or enjoy. During this time myself and my group got so hot that we were feeling dehydrated especially from the excessive marijuana smoke in the air. Only to be denied water and told it was $10 a bottle by one waitress and $8 a bottle by another one and no free cups of water. This is after we ordered a bottle of liquor for $200. They have no set pricing on anything, depending on who you talk to is what the price will be. One of my girls end up actually passing out in the club from dehydration and heat exhaustion that I’m sure they can see if they run the footage back but no one even noticed because of how overly crowded it was. In a separate issue on a previous night here. I sat at the bar ordered a shot…paid for it and was told that to have a cup of cranberry juice on the side was an additional $10 ! I have given this club multiple tries because it’s the only “urban” night club in my area but their business practices, price gauging, and greed for money is absolutely disgusting. Me & my girls pulled up to Nite Owl for a Sunday night out. The flyer said ladies free til 11PM. We got there before 10 and they really tried charging $30 each be for real! That’s false advertising and bad business. We walked right out because what club charging $30 that early?! This was our first time coming and it’ll definitely be our last. Straight ridiculous.

Monique, I appreciate you sharing this and I understand why that would be frustrating. We never want guests to feel misled when they come out to enjoy a night with us. Promotional offers can vary based on the event, capacity, or timing, and we work to make those details clear. That said, if there was any confusion at the door, that’s on us and something I take seriously. I’m sorry this was your first impression and that it cut your night short.
