This is one of the best restaurants that we’ve ever eaten at! The food is so incredibly tasty and the atmosphere is so inviting. We cannot wait to go back and 1,000% recommend that you try it out! We had the tandoori sushi, the pepperoni tikka masala pizza, the butter chicken parmigiano, naan, the tandoori chicken sandwich, and a white peach lassi. NÔMIX Okinawa is truly one of the most unforgettable dining experiences we’ve ever had. We visited for the Valentine’s 5-course menu, and every single dish was exceptional. The flavors were bold yet beautifully balanced, and each course was thoughtfully composed from start to finish. The scallops were delicate and perfectly cooked, the butter chicken arancini was rich and comforting with a creative twist, and the tandoori black cod was absolutely outstanding: tender, flavorful, and unlike anything we’ve had before. Every plate looked like art, but the taste went even beyond the presentation. Honestly, the food was heavenly. I felt like I ascended What made the evening even more special was Chef Rahul. He spent time speaking with us, explaining the dishes, and sharing his passion for modern Indian gastronomy. He was incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely welcoming. That personal touch elevated the entire experience. If you’re looking for fine dining in Okinawa that blends creativity, flavor, and heartfelt hospitality, NÔMIX is a must-visit.
