A very nice small restaurant that uses ingredients from Hokkaido and is kinda French Italian fusion. It was a great place to reserve 10 seats for a co-worker farewell lunch. They serve Wagyu beef over rice, Wagyu Bolognese pasta, hamburger with demi grass sauce. A delicious salad too. A little pricey so on special occasions or business lunches I highly recommend this restaurant. Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had a fantastic experience at NOR. They serve Hokkaido food and drinks. The food was delicious, the service was excellent and friendly and the setting of the restaurant was very cozy and homey. Since this restaurant is located a walking distance from my brother’s house, we wanted to check it out. We had a set lunch menu which consisted of a glass of sparkling wine, steak tartare, cold scallops appetizer, pumpkin soup, pasta with seafood and very interesting vegetables, Obira Wagyu grilled medium rare over charcoal and dessert with coffee. We had a bottle of Yoichi Kerner which was also delicious. My total bill was $205 for four persons. It’s worth every penny. I would highly recommend this restaurant, NOR. Price per person: ¥7,000–8,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
