Had a great dinner at NOTO. The Pollo alla Cesare Milanese was crispy and flavorful, the Calamari Fritti e Zucchine perfectly light, and the Penne all’Arrabbiata had just the right kick. The Tagliata di Manzo was tender and cooked beautifully, while the Mixberry Mojito was refreshing and balanced. Great food, quality ingredients, and an enjoyable atmosphere. Highly recommended Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SAR 200+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
