By far one of the best Italian cocktail and aperitivo bars I have experienced anywhere in the world. The atmosphere at Noto is incredible—lively, intimate, welcoming, and full of energy. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the owner. He is incredibly knowledgeable about Italian cocktails, spirits, and bitters, yet so humble and genuinely passionate about sharing that knowledge. He personally walked me through the entire menu, made excellent recommendations based on what I enjoy, and even took the time to let me taste several Italian bitters I had never tried before. The cocktails themselves were outstanding. I especially loved the mini cocktails—served almost like shots, but designed to be slowly sipped, appreciated, and enjoyed. Such a fun and unique concept. One of the most memorable flavors was the truffle Negroni, which was unlike anything I had tasted before. And in the Tbilisi summer heat, I had one of the best Negroni Sbagliatos of my life. If you love Negronis, Italian aperitivo culture, creative cocktails, or simply places run by people who are genuinely passionate about what they do, Noto is an absolute must-visit in Tbilisi.
