Excellent sushi, the first round didn't go very well as the rice was very hard (almost crunchy), we intended to tell him but the subsequent courses were excellent (that's why I gave the food 4 stars). The only real flaw is the fact that you can smoke the iqos cigarette inside. We had a table of smokers behind us, we asked not to smoke but they didn't care (after all, you don't expect much from a person who smokes in a restaurant). But then again, the gentleman at the register also smoked, so I think this is the place's policy. For a non-smoker it is really annoying to eat and smell smoke. The NUK Urban Sushi Bar is a hidden gem in Sant'Agata li Battiati. The staff is incredibly professional, kind and honest, making every visit a memorable experience. Michele is a true expert on wines and spirits, while Guglielmo took orders with great expertise, offering suggestions that turned into a satisfying dinner. A particular applause goes to the smoking corner, where I was able to enjoy my cigar in an elegant and comfortable environment. Without a doubt, it deserves an excellent rating!
