Yesterday was my first time going to naf naf grill. The service was great and the food was delicious. The food was very good but the service was very poor. So why the higher rating? I'll explain the problem with service then describe the food. This was the 1st time we tried Naf Naf. We ordered online and picked up in store. We showed up at the time it was scheduled to be ready but it took another 20 minutes to get our food. They even asked my wife what else was needed to complete the order before we ever got the food but there was no way to know because we didn't have anything yet. Additionally they forgot an item and when she told them, they said she was wrong and had to get the email out to show them we had in deed paid for the missing item already. They could have been new employees so I will give the benefit of the doubt since it was our 1st time going and the food was very good. We ordered the family meal and a custom plate along with Falafel and extra pitas. The crispy chicken was delicious and the grilled chicken was good too. The falafel was a little dark on the outside but the inside was moist and tasty. Garlic sauce was a big hit with several as well. The pita bread was very soft and yummy. Im not sure the family meal would serve 6. Maybe 5 with smaller appetites, but I would say it would work for a family of 4. I would definitely try this place again.
