We’re sorry to hear that the Krapao Bolan’s heat was too much for you—it’s traditionally served spicy, but we’re always happy to adjust the spice level to suit our customers’ preferences. We’re a bit disappointed with the 3-star rating as we take great pride in the quality and authenticity of our dishes, but we understand that everyone’s tastes are different. We hope you’ll give us another chance, and we’d be more than happy to prepare a milder version for you next time.

A rather bizarre experience. I ordered for collection and was waiting inside the restaurant when a member of staff came out, pointed at me and started laughing before handing over my order. I have no idea what prompted it, but it felt unnecessary and unprofessional and left me feeling uncomfortable. As for the food, I ordered the Khao Soi. The flavour was good and I enjoyed the curry itself, but the portion was surprisingly small for the price. Overall, the food was decent, but the awkward customer service experience means I probably wouldn't return. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Really enjoyed our meal at Namo. The food was genuinely authentic and packed with flavour probably some of the best Thai food I've had in Brighton. The staff were lovely and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Service was friendly, relaxed and attentive without being over the top. It's great to see food of this quality coming out of a pub kitchen. We'll definitely be back and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for proper Thai food.
