Never thought I’d be disappointed by the quality of food in nandos. This was the worst experience. The food that was served was burnt and overall they didn’t even try. Even after speaking to the staff, they made excuses. Definitely wouldn’t go back to this location Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1

We chose this establishment for a family birthday meal for four, spending £114 in total. The food was good, but unfortunately the staff attitude let the experience down. Our server, a young blonde waitress, seemed uninterested and like she didn’t want to be there. We also had to ask for our table to be cleaned when we sat down, although this was done quickly. The most disappointing part came as we were leaving. A tall gentleman thanked us, but then added “thank you for leaving,” not realising one of our group was still within earshot. As someone who works in customer service, I found this completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. We had paid for bottomless drinks and had only just finished them when we decided to leave. Customers should be able to relax and enjoy their time without feeling rushed. We had travelled 4 hours to celebrate with family we hadn’t seen in years, and were having a great time until this comment completely spoiled the experience. Sadly, we’ll be choosing a different restaurant next time. Price per person: £30–40 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I come to Nando’s every single week, and I can honestly say this is one of the best locations I’ve ever visited. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with such warmth and positivity every single staff member is so kind welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The food quality is consistently excellent. Everything is always fresh, full of flavor, and cooked perfectly. On top of that, the service is impressively quick without ever feeling rushed. A very special mention to Gabi — she always brings such positive energy every single time I visit. She’s friendly, professional, and truly goes the extra mile to make everyone feel welcome. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers experience, and it makes such a difference. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Coleslaw, Spicy Mixed Olives, Wrap, Creamy Mash
