I had reservations with Nandos. Pleasant surprise. Food is very good for a chain restaurant. I must say the boneles chicken thighs were excellent and the pastel de nata is just divine. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Vegetarian options: Pleasant surprise on a Monday lunch time. The staff is very nice and attentive. Had worse pasta del nata in Portugal.

The customer service was appalling!While i was waiting at the till i could see the staff just chatting and being on their phone while i was waiting,then when the waiter gave us the food there was no cutlery and i kindly asked him to bring us fork and he just rolled his eyes and said to me get the fork myself in a very rude way!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst restaurant ever!Customer service is non existent and the food is too dry and little portions for lots amount of money.Nandos its the only restaurant that doesn’t even bring you cutlery,when the staff came with my food and i was confused on why there were no cutlery i asked him please can you bring me fork and he said in a very rude way, get your fork yourself and i was so shocked?He was so rude and no manners as well! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
