It took them 40 minutes to serve our order. The staff are slow and rude and don’t put any effort into making or serving with any speed at all. It genuinely feels and looks like they don’t want to be there. We were hungry and waiting patiently but they didn’t even try to make amends for their poor and slow service. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Wow the workers are absolute garbage. Waiting over 40 minutes for our food everyone before us gets their food when we ask where our food is they ended up giving it to some random guy and never said anything. No apology no accountability in fact the dude that was at the counter looked annoyed at US?? For asking what a joke. Staff busy talking to each other in the back absolutely horrendous my god. Literally never eating here again and there was some drunk guy that was yelling at the whole restaurant and it took them 10 business years to kick him out. So unprofessional I’ve never been this peeved at a restaurant in my life congrats guys weew! Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The quality at Nando's Rockingham is inconsistent. It may have changed management and staff recently. They don't always answer the phone to place a pickup order. Last time I ordered there was minimal basting on the chicken, not the standard that you normally expect.
