Had lunch at Nando’s Broadway on 22nd May 2026 and had another great experience. Food was exactly what keeps me coming back. The chicken was juicy, nicely flame grilled, and the PERi PERi fries were as good as always. Consistently reliable quality every visit. Big shout out to Kal. Friendly, attentive, and made the experience smooth. Service felt genuine and welcoming. Always nice when a place stays consistently good over time. Will definitely be back. I visited Nando’s Broadway today and was very disappointed. I ordered a salad because I wanted a healthy meal, but most of the salad did not look fresh. Most of the leaves had pink stems, looked wilted and old. The salad also did not taste good anymore and was nowhere near the quality I remember from my previous visits. It seems the food quality has dropped a lot since the last time I came here. I hope the management pays more attention to the freshness and quality of the ingredients.
