There are times when I want to eat okonomiyaki even though I'm unemployed. When I happened to be in Motoyawata, I thought of this and searched for it, and several suggestions came up. . . When it comes to okonomiyaki, each restaurant has its own unique characteristics, and surprisingly, I feel that choosing a restaurant is important in determining whether or not the okonomiyaki will suit your tastes. I found a post that said, ``Not only the okonomiyaki, but also the side dishes and other dishes are delicious.'' I came across this post, ``Naniwa.'' 17:15 on weekdays. As soon as I opened the door to the store, I was greeted with lively voices and the voices of the staff inside the seemingly clean store. It was so lively that I couldn't believe it had just opened, and I felt overwhelmed for a moment. We ordered okonomiyaki mixed egg (1200 yen), furofuki daikon radish, grilled lotus root cheese in three colors, pork saute samgyeopsal style, etc. Every dish was delicious. In particular, the furofuki daikon radish was completely soft to the core and went well with the flavor of the yuzu miso. The main dish, okonomiyaki, is prepared right in front of the counter on a large iron plate by the female owner using a beautiful trowel. When I put the beautifully shaped okonomiyaki into my mouth, I could feel the deliciousness of the cabbage and other ingredients, and it was so delicious that it changed my impression of okonomiyaki. After I finished eating, I wanted to eat the same thing again. (As expected, eating too much is not good for your health, so I managed to hold back...)
