Experience is similar to the review below. Ordered online for the 15% off discount and when a family member came to pick up they said they did not have our order. I called the restaurant and explained that I had ordered online and they charged my card for the payment. The person on the phone was extremely sweet and understanding, and said that they in fact did have our order and you have to state that you placed the order online. I thought that was a little strange, but they had just opened so I totally understood it can take time to work these things out. He also gave us a bottle of soda on the house to make up for the mishap. The two stars ultimately come from our food being raw. The pizza dough was raw and the cheese was like liquid soup over the pie. We had also ordered garlic knots which were inedible as they were raw dough. After waiting over an hour to get our food and being extremely excited to eat it we ultimately had to recook it ourselves (which takes away the purpose of take out!). If they are going to make it in this town, with vesuvios being a top competitor, they are going to need to get on the same page of making sure orders are accounted for and food is thoroughly cooked. I really wanted to like this place, but our experience was pretty crumby.

UNDERSTAFFED; looks like 2 guys running the front and back on a Saturdaqy night. Ordered online to get the "15% discount" The site said to wait "45 minutes." Slice, the third party site wanted to get all my information and I didn't opt in. When I got to the pizzeria to pick up the order there WAS NO ORDER FOR ME POSTED. Went somewhere else. Their heart is in the right place but they need more experience. The owner blamed Slice, whom they hired to build their site. NOT WORKING FOR THEM.
