한남동 상권 특성상 주말에는 대기 손님이 많은 편이라, 매장 운영을 위해 주말 노트북 이용 관련 규칙을 운영하고 있습니다. 관련 안내는 매장 입구, 층별 입구, 그리고 카운터 등 여러 곳에 비치해두고 있으며, 대부분의 고객분들께서는 해당 안내를 확인 후 이용해주고 계십니다. 다만 고객님 입장에서는 안내가 부족하게 느껴지셨을 수도 있다고 생각하며, 말씀 주신 부분은 향후 운영 시 참고하도록 하겠습니다. 저희 또한 모든 고객분들께 최대한 편안한 이용 환경을 제공해드리고 싶지만, 주말 혼잡도와 좌석 운영, 장시간 이용 및 충전 관련 상황 등을 함께 고려해 현재와 같은 운영 기준을 두고 있는 점 너른 양해 부탁드립니다. 또한 불편을 느끼신 점에 대해서는 충분히 이해하고 있으나, 동일한 내용의 리뷰가 여러 플랫폼에 반복적으로 등록된 부분은 다소 아쉽게 느껴졌습니다. 남겨주신 의견은 내부적으로 잘 검토하여 더욱 좋은 이용 경험을 제공할 수 있도록 노력하겠습니다. Due to the nature of the Hannam-dong area, weekends are usually very busy and often involve waiting times. For this reason, we operate a weekend laptop policy to help manage the space more smoothly. Information regarding the laptop policy is posted at the main entrance, each floor entrance, and the counter area, and most guests are able to check the notice before using the café. However, we also understand that the notice may not have felt sufficiently clear from your perspective, and we will take your feedback into consideration for future operations. We sincerely value every customer who visits our café, but at the same time, we also need to balance customer convenience with overall store operations, especially during busy weekends, including seating turnover, charging requests, and extended laptop use. We understand your dissatisfaction, though we also felt a bit disappointed to see the same review repeatedly posted across multiple platforms. Nevertheless, we appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts, and we will continue working to provide a better experience for all of our guests.
