On this day, we went on an expedition to Gifu. Visited the newly opened [Natural Base]. Since I wasn't familiar with the area, I took a taxi from the station, but it was within walking distance. The interior is a renovated pickle shop called ``Bidonoya Tsukemonoten,'' which has been in business for over 100 years, and is warm and stylish. This time I visited for lunch, so I ordered a Japanese set meal. I was told that lunchtime drinks were welcome, so I also ordered Gifu Cola Beer. Gifu Cola Beer has just the right amount of bitterness and sweetness, and is so delicious that you'll want to drink it all at once. The main dish of the Japanese set meal is hamburger steak. Juicy and delicious with a good balance with the sauce! The food is said to be pesticide-free and additive-free, but if it tastes this good, it's certainly good. I'd like to go there for dinner next time.
