Absolutely the best Chef hands down ! Food was exceptional & REAL hand made Dim sim etc nothing frozen or pre brought. Was the best food I've had in town for a very long time. Nothing overspiced or under seasoned just spot on. Walked out after lunch feeling like my entire energy had been boosted, sounds strange perhaps, but I strongly suggest anyone looking for a Chinese chef that actually knows what he's doing to make your food make you feel good because it actually IS GOOD for you, do yourself a favour and eat this guys food. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Service from Chloe was also outstanding what a great place, spotlessly clean , calm, positive service with a huge smile and the best garlic school prawns I have a ever had just spot on . Wow. As a local I know that Ann & Peter (Chung Wa) have left us in great & capable hands with this Chef. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
