I had a disappointing experience here. The staff member was rude and unprofessional. We waited in line and placed an order, but when my child asked for a different ice cream, I went back and stood in line again. When it was my turn, he refused to serve me, saying I had already been helped, even though I had waited like everyone else. I also noticed him smoking in the back and then returning to prepare food without proper hygiene, which was concerning. When I tried to explain that I had been waiting in line, his response was dismissive and unfriendly. Overall, the service and attitude were not acceptable, and I hope management addresses these issues.

If you’re craving authentic Desi flavors done right, this spot is an absolute must-visit.  The ice cream here is super premium—creamy, rich, and packed with real ingredients and no artificial junk. What really stands out is their fantastic range of Indian-inspired flavors that taste just like homemade or straight from India: • Refreshing Rasmalai — Incredible! Sweet, milky, and perfectly captures the essence of the classic dessert with soft cheese bits. • Creamy Malai Kulfi — So authentic and nostalgic. Dense, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. • Mango Madness — Bursting with real mango taste, like eating a fresh Alphonso mango in scoop form.  • Gulkand Paan and Spicy Guava — Bold, unique, and super fun. The subtle rose and spice notes are surprisingly addictive. • Other winners like Chikoo, Tutti Frutti, and Sunlit Soan Papdi also deliver that perfect Desi twist. The portions are generous, the service is friendly, and the shop has a bright, welcoming vibe perfect for families or a quick treat. Whether you’re desi missing home flavors or just love exploring great ice cream, Naturalz nails it every time. Prices are reasonable for the quality.  Highly recommend! got two faloodas: butterscotch and tutty fruity - both are given with vanilla ice cream barely average and not worth it at all

Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for visiting.We’d like to clarify that all our faloodas are served with malai ice cream, not vanilla. Both Butterscotch and Tutti Frutti faloodas served with malai ice cream on top. Also, toppings that you have requested like M&M’s and sprinkles can affect the traditional taste and overall experience.We recommend trying our classic falooda next time for the best and authentic experience
