The baked goods are out of this world! They are seriously a cut above. This is also the best spot for coffee in town. They serve Wonderstate, and the baristas know what they're doing. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Wedding Cake

Janco made the best pumpkin pie I have ever had!! She creates amazing flavors and the texture was perfect. Everything I have had from her bakery gets 5 stars! Pumpkin pie on a house-made biscoff cookie crust, house-made butterscotch, maple whip, and pepitas.

Janco at Nectar Bakery is amazing! I was looking for a very specific cake for my wedding, an almond and peach Dacquoise cake with buttercream frosting. I contacted 17 other bakeries and I either heard no response or was told this this cake couldn't be done as a 'wedding cake'. Janco had never made this kind of cake before but she was willing to give a shot and even said she thought she'd be able to get it tiered (which she obviously did)! She created the cake off a recipe I had and it was absolutely perfect! It looked and tasted amazingly. We also used her for all our other dessert options for the wedding, all of which were also very tasty. She far exceeded our expectations and I'm going to suggest her to anyone who needs their baking needs met! I also strongly suggest going and checking her bakery out in Spring Green. Its a cozy and adorable spot to stop at to get a coffee and a treat if you are exploring Spring Green.
